Slacker By Choice

I’m tired of going out the house everyday and seeing the same thing. The same damn thing! This thing being a single mother with a child riding the bus. There are so many different single moms that I have seen in the past couple of weeks riding the buses that I ride. It just irks me that I have yet to see a father figure along side them. Fellas, what are ya’ll doing? Be there for your kids. No if ands or buts. It shouldn’t even have to be an option. These babies are your own flesh and blood. How dare you deny that? Even if it was a one night stand with the girl, that child is going to be around you for at least 18 years. Learn some self respect guys. Why are you letting these women carry all the weight on their own. Shit won’t change unless you start first.
