World Wrestling Federation
When I was younger, i was a HUGE fan of wrestling. I made sure to watch Monday night Raw and Thursday night Smackdown every week. My parents and other elders would keep telling that it was fake. I thought that was blasphemy! I never missed a night of WWF until around High School. That was when I started getting more of a life. I missed watching wrestling for about to months. One day I turned to the channel it was supposed to be on, but it wasn’t. Then a friend told me that Smackdown switched days from Thrusday to Friday. So I tried to watch it on Friday, but I just wasn’t feeling it. Mind you, this is after two months. Everything seemed so fake to me. And I never thought that something like that would enter my mind. Ever since they became the WWE, they’ve lost it. The E stands for entertainment, so I guess it’s fitting. And all my favorite wrestlers are gone. The Rock is gone. Stone Cold is gone. And we all know what happened to Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit. I guess as soon as Kane took his mask off for the first time, it was time for me to go. Although, I’ll never forget how the WWF made me excited about Mondays and Thursdays. Good times.
